Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning Forms (part 1)

Several TJSL Alumni from a recent MCLE expressed interest in practitioners forms available from free and fee-based web sites:

Choose the “Legal Forms” radio button under the search box, then check the Subject Matter box for “Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning”.  Do separate keyword searches on “estate”, “wills”, “trusts”, and “trust”.  The search engine is not very nimble (Boolean connectors are not supported) and there’s no browsing but the hit list looks good.

Worth a browse though the various jurisdictions and forms.

Select “All forms listed by name” from the drop-down menu, then hit the “See Forms” button for a big long list of court forms specific to California.  Then use the “Edit” menu drop-down and choose “Find” or “Find on this page” and enter a keyword from the title of a specific form you’re looking for.  Many documents result from searching for “estate” and “trust”.

A good assortment of estate planning forms and documents for sale.

Another fee-based site with a good selection of documents.

Stay tuned for part 2.
